SigmaRoc plc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, announces that, on 16 May 2019, Charles Trigg, Technical Director of SigmaRoc and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), purchased 10,683 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46.8 pence per Ordinary Share.
