Grant of Options and PDMR Dealing
SigmaRoc plc announces that the Company has granted 12,896,722 options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') ('Options') to certain board members and senior management personnel.
Management Scheme Options
3,350,387 of the Options have been awarded pursuant to the "New Share Option Plan" (as defined in the admission document) adopted on 14 December 2016, to several senior managers as detailed in the table below. The Management Scheme Options vest immediately, with an exercise price of 40p, and will expire on 5 January 2022.

Following the grant of the Options, there will be, in aggregate, 22,223,378 Ordinary Shares under option to directors and employees of the Group, representing approximately 12.6% of the existing issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The resultant holdings of Options by the directors of the Company is as follows:
