SigmaRoc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, announces that, on 14 February 2018, Mike Osborne, Managing Director of Ronez and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39.4 pence per Ordinary Share.
