SigmaRoc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, announces that, on 13 December 2017, David Barrett, Executive Chairman, purchased 115,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 43 pence, Max Vermorken, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 23,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 43.5 pence, Garth Palmer, Finance director, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 43.5 pence and Charles Trigg, Executive Committee Member, purchased 11,466 Ordinary Shares at a price of 43.5 pence.

Following these transactions, Mr Barrett's total interest in the Company is now 760,032 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.56% of the total voting rights of the Company as enlarged by the placing announced today (the "Enlarged Share Capital"), Mr Vermorken's total interest in the Company is now 183,032 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13% of the Enlarged Share Capital, Mr Palmer's total interest in the Company is now 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Enlarged Share Capital and Mr Trigg's total interest in the Company is now 11,466 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Enlarged Share Capital.
