Results of AGM

SigmaRoc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, held its Annual General Meeting at 3:00 p.m. today, at The Washington Mayfair Hotel, 5 Curzon Street, London, W1J 5HE.

Resolutions 1 and 2 were voted on by shareholders and duly passed.

In light of the development of potential acquisitions that will require specific shareholder authority, the board withdrew Resolutions 3 and 4 and specific authorities will be sought at the appropriate time.
