Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On March 18, 2022, Robin E. Abrams tendered her resignation as the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of SIGA Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), effective April 15, 2022, to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Abrams did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
