On December 15, 2009, Dr. Adnan M. Mjalli resigned from the Board of Directors of SIGA Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of such date. Dr. Mjalli did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
