The Company announces that it was notified on 12 April 2024 that Mrs Dina Dasani, wife of Non-Executive Director Mr Shatish Dasani, had on 12 April 2024 purchased 70,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Prior to this transaction, Mr Dasani had a beneficial interest in SIG of 250,000 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Mr Dasani's beneficial interest is now 320,000 ordinary shares in SIG.
This announcement and the following disclosures are made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
