Shoe Zone PLC, the UK's largest value footwear retailer, announces that it was informed on 25 January 2018 that on 24 January 2018, the wife of Mr Nick Davis, CEO of the Company, purchased 11,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 167p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Davis' beneficial holding in the Company is 33,700 Shares, which represents approximately 0.07% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also informed on 25 January 2018 that on 24 January 2018, Jonathan Fearn, CFO of the Company, purchased 350 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 167p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Fearn's beneficial holding in the Company is 350 Shares, which represent approximately 0.0007% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
