Shoe Zone PLC, the UK's largest value footwear retailer, announces that it was informed on 29 October 2015 that on 29 October 2015, the wife of Mr Nick Davis, CFO of the Company, purchased 15,700 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 190p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Davis' beneficial holding in the Company is 15,700 Shares, which represent approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
