Shine Justice Ltd (SHJ) Appointment of Graham Bradley AM as Chairman
On 28 May 2020, Shine Justice Ltd (SHJ) announced that Graham Bradley AM had joined the Board as a Nonexecutive Director and that he would assume the role of Chairman of Directors on 1 July 2020.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.1, SHJ announces that Mr Bradley has been elected by the Board as its Chairman with effect from 1 July 2020.
