Schneider Electric and Simark Controls Ltd close a sales and service business partner agreement for Western Canada
– Simark Controls will offer the Schneider Electric Telemetry & Remote SCADA Solutions (TRSS) product line to end users, system integrators and OEMs in Western Canada
– Simark Controls expands their existing offering of Schneider Electric Foxboro Field Devices with the addition of the TRSS product portfolio
– SFC Energy expects 2015 sales in the mid single-digit million Canadian dollar range to come from the new partnership
Calgary, Canada, April 7, 2015 – Simark Controls Ltd, a company of SFC Energy AG, has announced today that it will sell and service Schneider Electric Telemetry & Remote SCADA Solutions (TRSS) products in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon and Northwest Territories. Product lines include SCADAPack, RealFLO, RealLIFT, 4000 Series Transmitters, Trio Radios, and Accutech Sensors. Sales in the mid single-digit million Canadian dollar range are expected to come from this partnership in 2015.
Simark and SFC Energy expect significant synergies to come from this extension of the Simark product portfolio. Telemetry & Remote SCADA Solutions require reliable off-grid power. For this application Simark offers a range of integrated, fully autonomous power supply solutions based on SFC Energy’s popular EFOY Pro fuel cells.
Telemetry & Remote SCADA Solutions (TRSS) enable operators to efficiently monitor and control field equipment and operations across widely dispersed infrastructures. Applications range from simple reservoir level measurement in the water and waste water industries to complex well pad optimisation and other production based processes in the oil & gas industry.
