Issue of Ordinary Shares

On 18th June 2020 SEVERFIELD PLC (the "Company") issued from its block listing authorities of 17 May 2019 and 4th May 2020 a total of 1,696,741 new Ordinary shares of 2.5p each. Following this issue, the Company has used up its block listing facility of 17 May 2019 and has the ability to issue a further 751,483 shares under its block listing facility of 4th May 2020.

As a result of this issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 307,624,828 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 307,624,828. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 307,624,828 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
