Severfield plc ("the Company") wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in ordinary shares ("Shares").

GRANT OF SHARESAVE SHARE OPTION AWARDS

On 23rd March 2015 share option awards were granted under the Severfield plc HMRC approved all employee Sharesave scheme to PDMRs as set out in the table below. The awards were granted in accordance with the rules of the plan and the HMRC regulations in place at the time and on the same basis for all employees.  The options may be exercised on maturity of the relevant savings plans in accordance with the scheme rules in June 2018.
