Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company was notified on 26 November 2013 that John Dodds, Non-Executive Chairman and a PDMR, had acquired that day 77,500 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") at a purchase price of 63p per Share.

Following this transaction Mr Dodds holds 228,833 Shares representing 0.08% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. 

The Company was also notified on 26 November 2013 that Ian Lawson, Chief Executive Officer, and a PDMR, had acquired that day 40,309 Shares at a purchase price of 62p per Share and was notified on 27th November 2013 that Mr Lawson had acquired that day 3,182 Shares at a purchase price of 62p per share. 

Following those transactions Mr. Lawson holds 43,491 Shares representing 0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. 

Finally, the Company was notified on 26 November 2013 that a connected person to Mr. Lawson, his wife Mrs Mandy Lawson, acquired 38,940 Shares at a purchase price of 61p per share which constitutes her entire shareholding representing 0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. 

All transactions took place in London.
