In accordance with the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on October 23, 2021, has appointed Sri K Rajkumar, IFS, Special Secretary, Environment, Climate Change and Forests Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, as an Additional Director of the Company; in the place of Dr. Shekhar Kumar Niraj, IFS.

Sri K Rajkumar, IFS (DIN: 0009359723), is nominated to the Board of the Company by Environment, Climate Change and Forests Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.

The Company will seek approval of the Shareholders of the Company, vide Postal Ballot Process, for the appointment of Sri K Rajkumar, IFS, as a Nominee Director on the Board of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.

A brief profile of Sri K Rajkumar, IFS is attached Annexure - I to this letter. It is further confirmed that Sri K Rajkumar, IFS is not related to any other Directors of the Company.
