Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held, through Video Conference, on July, 13 2020, has appointed:

o Tmt E. Sundaravalli, lAS, Managing Director, Tamilnadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited, Chennai, as an Additional Director of the Company, in the place of Dr. (Tmt.) M Aarthi, IAS.

Tmt. E.Sundaravalli, lAS, would retire under Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, at the ensuing 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, scheduled to be held thro' Video Conferencing on August 08, 2020. She is eligible for re-appointment at this AGM and notice, as required under Section 160 of the Companies Act, 2013, has been received by the Company from a Member proposing the appointment of Tmt. E.Sundaravalli, lAS, as a Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation.

A brief profile of Tmt. E. Sundaravalli, lAS, is attached Annexure - I. It is further confirmed that Tmt. E. Sundaravalli, lAS, is not related to any other Director of the Company.
