COMUNICAZIONE DI DEPOSITO DI VARIAZIONE DELLO STATUTO

Empoli (FI), 5 settembre 2016 – Sesa S.p.A. comunica ai sensi delle disposizioni di legge e di regolamento applicabili, la nuova composizione del capitale sociale (interamente sottoscritto e versato), a seguito dell'annullamento di n. 156.511 azioni proprie in portafoglio, senza riduzione del capitale sociale, deliberato dall'Assemblea dei soci in data 26 agosto 2016, con conseguente modifica dell'art. 6 dello statuto, depositato presso il registro delle imprese di Firenze in data 1 settembre 2016.

NOTICE OF FILING OF STATUTE'S CHANGES

Empoli, 5 September 2016 – Sesa S.p.A. announces pursuant to the applicable provisions of law and regulations, the new composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid), following the cancellation of n. 156,511 treasury shares in portfolio, without reducing the share capital, approved by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 26 August 2016, with the amendment of art. 6 of the Statute, deposited at the Florence Register of companies on 1 September 2016.
