Mr. Errol Musk, a distinguished entrepreneur and global strategist known for his contributions to the fields of technology, infrastructure, and sustainable development, will provide strategic advisory support to the Company’s leadership. As part of his engagement, Mr. Musk will visit and assess the Company's manufacturing and operational facilities to gain a comprehensive understanding of Servotech’s capabilities and support the Company's global growth strategy.

This intimation is being made voluntarily to ensure transparency and in accordance with the principles of materiality under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
