Content:In view of the requirement of Article 62.8 of the Actof 29 July 2005 on Public Offering [...], considering that the shares ofSERINUS ENERGY plc ("Serinus" or the "Company") are listed on AIM in theUK, the Management of the Company informs that it has publishedinformation outside the Republic of Poland announcing the appointment ofMr. Stuart Morrison as Chief Operating Officer of the Company effectivetoday.

Mr. Morrison has over 34 years of oil and gas industry operationalexperience in numerous senior management roles. Early in his career heworked as a Petroleum and Reservoir Engineer with BP Research, BritishGas, Sun Oil and Oryx Energy UK prior to joining Premier Oil in 1997. AtPremier, Mr. Morrison assumed a variety of technical and managementpositions such as Chief Petroleum Engineer, Business Development Managerand Exploration Manager in corporate roles and business units such asthe Middle East and Falkland Islands. In these roles, Mr. Morrison hasaccumulated an abundance of experience in oil and gas exploration anddevelopment, including leading many successful projects. Mr. Morrisonhas a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) Degree in ChemicalEngineering and a Master of Engineering Degree in Petroleum Engineering,both from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
