COMPANY SECRETARY APPOINTMENT/RESIGNATION

Orpheus Energy Limited (‘Orpheus’) today announces the resignation of Mr Nathan Bartrop as Company Secretary of the company. The Orpheus Board would like to thank Nathan for his diligent service to the company since before listing and wish him well in his next endeavours.

On an interim basis, Executive Director Mr David Smith will also assume the responsibilities of the Company Secretary role until an appropriate replacement is appointed.
