On April 5, 2022, Senmiao Technology Limited issued a press release, included herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that it expects to implement the previously announced 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective Wednesday, April 6, 2022 with trading to begin on a split-adjusted basis at the market open on that day.
