Senior plc ("the Company") confirms that, as at 1 September 2014, the Company's capital consisted of 417,950,928 (previously 417,876,458) Ordinary 10p shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 417,950,928 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
