Senior plc has been notified that on 24 April 2017, David Beavan, a PDMR, and his wife collectively sold 19,080 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 209.8 pence per share.  They immediately acquired 18,936 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 210.0 pence per share through Bed and ISA arrangements.  Following these transactions, Mr and Mrs Beavan hold 117,280 shares in the Company.
