Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Senior plc has been notified that on 29 April 2015, David Beavan, a PDMR, and his wife collectively sold 9,544 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 319.7 pence per share.  They immediately acquired 9,466 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 320.1 pence per share through Bed and ISA arrangements.  Following these transactions, Mr and Mrs Beavan hold 92,043 shares in the Company.

On 29 April 2015, Andrew Bodenham, a PDMR, and his wife collectively sold 9,544 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 319.7 pence per share.  They immediately acquired 9,466 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 320.1 pence per share through Bed and ISA arrangements.  Following these transactions, Mr and Mrs Bodenham hold 269,539 shares in the Company.
