Senior plc ("the Company") was notified on 6 March 2015 that Derek Harding, Group Finance Director, transferred 47,405 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to his wife for nil consideration on 6 March 2015.  Following the transfer, Mr and Mrs Harding's combined shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 67,405 Ordinary shares.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R.
