NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS

Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Senior plc were allotted to the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") following the exercise of an option that was granted on 29 March 2011 under the terms of the Senior plc 2006 Savings-Related Share Option Plan ("Sharesave").

The shares allotted to the PDMR were subsequently disposed of on 16 September 2014, as indicated below.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
