Senior plc has been notified that on 27 August 2014, Andrew Bodenham, a PDMR, and his wife collectively sold 8,883 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 287.0 pence per share.  They immediately acquired 8,804 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 288.0 pence per share through Bed and ISA arrangements.  Following these transactions, Mr and Mrs Bodenham hold 241,079 shares in the Company.
