Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Senior plc has been notified that on 7 June 2013, Andrew Bodenham, a PDMR, and his wife collectively sold 8,754 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 263.5p pence per share.  They immediately acquired 9,513 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 264.0 pence per share through Bed and ISA arrangements.  Following these transactions, Mr and Mrs Bodenham hold 239,583 shares in the Company.
