NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR") OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Further to the announcement made by Senior plc ("the Company") on 25 March 2014 concerning LTIP awards made to various Directors and PDMR, it is noted that the LTIP award made to Thomas Baird, a PDMR, had been overstated.  The announcement should have stated that his LTIP award was for 21,882 Senior plc Ordinary 10p shares, rather than 25,542 shares.  The total number of shares or debentures over which options held following notification is 83,337 shares, rather than 86,997 shares.
