Chairman of the Board of Self Storage Group resigns

Chairman Martin Nes has notified Self Storage Group ASA (the Company) that, as a

consequence of the sale of all shares held in in the company by Ferncliff and

Hanekamb Invest AS, he resigns as chairman and member of the board of directors

of Self Storage Group ASA. The resignation will take immediate effect. The

remaining members of the board of directors constitute a quorum after Nes'

resignation.

Commenting on his resignation Martin Nes says; "It has been a great pleasure to

serve as chairman in Self Storage Group ASA since 2016. During this period we

have, together with the management, developed the company to be a leading self

storage provider in Scandinavia, with a particularly strong position in Norway.

With a great management team in place I am sure that the company will continue

to take new steps in the years to come".
