SEGRO plc (the Company)
An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 3,700,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (Shares) to be admitted to the Official List.
These Shares are being reserved under a blocklisting and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:

| SEGRO plc Long Term Incentive Plan | 3,600,000 |
| SEGRO plc Save As You Earn | 100,000 |
Admission of the Shares is expected on 9 April 2020.
These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
