Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 1 March 2019, following a recommendation made by the Company, the Trustees of the SEGRO plc Employees' Benefit Trust resolved to release the following awards granted under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan on 2 May 2017 to Soumen Das:
