Under the SEGRO plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan (DSBP), on 28 June 2019 the following awards were granted to Directors/PDMRs of the Company in respect of the 2018 bonus (the Bonus):

Notes:

(a)        The DSBP has been structured as a provisional allocation over ordinary shares in the Company.  Further details of the operation of the DSBP are available in the Company's 2018 Annual Report and Accounts.

(b)        As the MSCI benchmark data was not available at the date of publication of the Company's 2018 Annual Report and Accounts, the payments disclosed were based on an estimate of 65 per cent of the TPR element being achieved. The TPR element has since been confirmed at 82.80 per cent and adjustments have been made accordingly.

(c)        The calculation of the awards granted was based on a share price of 718.6 pence.
