2018 LTIP Award

On 26 April 2018, following a recommendation made by the Company, the Trustee of the SEGRO plc Employees' Benefit Trust notified the Company that it had resolved to grant the below awards under the SEGRO plc 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) to the following Directors/PDMRs of the Company.
