SEGRO plc Saving Related Share Option Scheme (Sharesave)

On 15 June 2015, the below PDMR exercised options over ordinary shares (Shares) in the Company pursuant to the maturity of the Company's 2012 three-year Sharesave. All Shares allotted on the exercise of these options were retained.
