SEGRO plc (the Company)

SEGRO plc Saving Related Share Option Scheme (Sharesave)

On 1 June 2018, the following Directors and PDMRs exercised options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each (Shares) in the Company, pursuant to the maturity of the Company's 2015 Sharesave. All Shares allotted on the exercise of these options were retained by the individuals.

The table below shows the number of Shares allotted and the resultant beneficial holdings:
