SECURE TRUST BANK PLC ("Secure Trust" or the "Company")

Exercise of Options, Issue of Equity

Secure Trust Bank (the "Company") announces that the following individuals, each PDMRs of the Company, as per the below, exercised share options under the 2017 Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIP") at an exercise price of 40 pence over a total of 2,162 ordinary shares of 40 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"):

Mr Nield has retained all of the shares arising from the exercise of the LTIP options, electing to settle the tax and national insurance liabilities rather than sell shares to cover this cost. Mr Hayes has sold all of the shares arising from the exercise of his LTIP options. Mr Bowers has elected to sell sufficient shares to cover his tax and national insurance liability. As a consequence, Mr Bowers has retained 313 shares.

Secure Trust Bank (the "Company") announces that the following individuals, each PDMRs of the Company, as per the below, exercised share options under the 2017 Deferred Bonus  Scheme ("DBP") at an exercise price of 40 pence over a total of 826 ordinary shares of 40 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"):

Mr Nield has retained all of the shares arising from the exercise of the DBP options, electing to settle the tax and national insurance liabilities rather than sell shares to cover this cost. Mr Hayes has sold all of the shares arising from the exercise of his DBP options.

A further four individuals, not PDMRs of the Company, have also elected to exercise share options, resulting in a total of 4,710 new shares in the Company being issued and allotted, including the above. The new Ordinary Shares were allotted from the Company's Block Listing authority. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company

Following Admission, the Company will have a total of 18,638,372 Ordinary Shares in issue (the "Enlarged Share Capital") each carrying one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. This figure of 18,638,372 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
