Grant of Awards under the Company's 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan

On 26 April 2021 the Company granted the following awards over ordinary shares under the 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan") in respect of bonuses earned for the period ended 31 December 2020.
