SECO: FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2022

Arezzo, December 21, 2021 – SECO S.p.A. announces the following calendar relating to the corporate events for year 2022, pursuant to article 2.6.2 of the Regulation of the markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

Shareholders' meeting to approve the Consolidated Annual Report at December 31, 2021	April 27, 2022
Board of Directors to approve the Consolidated Interim Management Report at March 31, 2022	May 12, 2022
Board of Directors to approve the Half-Year Consolidated Financial Report at June 30, 2022	September 12, 2022
Board of Directors to approve the Consolidated Interim Management Report at September 30, 2022	November 10, 2022
