AB SEB bankas no longer considered as an issuer
AB SEB bankas (hereinafter – the Bank), code: 112021238, Gedimino av. 12, LT-01103 Vilnius.
On 7th of January 2019, on the basis of the Bank’s request and in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 54 of the Law on Securities of the Republic of Lithuania, Bank of Lithuania decided that the Bank is no longer considered as an issuer.
