Regarding registration of notes

On 3 March, 2010 Central Securities Depository of Lithuania opened a general
securities account for one SEB Bank AB issue of Undated Subordinated Notes. The
issue with a total nominal value of 100 000 000 EUR (345 280 000 LTL) was
privately placed. Upon receiving the permission from the Bank of Lithuania the
amount will be included into Tier II of SEB Bank AB capital.
