Change of number of shares and votes in Sdiptech AB (publ)

As of 31 March 2026, the total number of shares in Sdiptech AB (publ) amounts to 37,991,938.

The number of shares and votes have decreased during March 2026 due to the redemption of all 1,750,000 Preference shares, which was carried out by the company as part of streamlining the company's financing. The redemption was published through a press release on 22 February 2026 and executed on 18 March 2026. The total number of votes in the company following the redemption amounts to 42,491,938.
