SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted Group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing control applications, announces that it was notified today that on 9 December 2020, David Tilston, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred, via sale and purchase (the "Transfer"), 17,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his ISA. Mr. Tilston sold 17,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 102.5 pence from an account in his own name and bought 17,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 107.0 pence to be held in his ISA.

Following the Transfer, Mr. Tilston's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 90,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
