Executive Chair Share Purchase

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that it has been notified by Martyn Ratcliffe, Executive Chair of the Company that on 26 March 2025 he purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 436 pence per share for his SIPP.

Following this purchase, Martyn Ratcliffe has an interest in 9,482,080 ordinary shares in the Company (being approximately 21.24% of the issued share capital excluding treasury shares).  This holding comprises 9,412,080 shares held directly and 70,000 shares held in his SIPP.

All other Directors' beneficial interests in the share capital of the Company remain unchanged and as previously announced.
