Board Change

Professor Keith Glover has advised the Company that he intends to retire from the Board of Science Group plc on 31 December 2015.

Keith joined the Board as a non-executive Director in October 2011 and the Board would like to thank him for his significant contribution over the past four years.

It is not anticipated that a replacement non-executive Director will be appointed in the foreseeable future but the Board will keep the situation under review.
