Earlier today, members of the Company's principal shareholder group (the "PSG") announced that they had completed the purchase of approximately 1% of the Company's shares pursuant to a forward purchase agreement entered into with UBS and first announced on 29 December 2022 (the "1% Bounceback").

The following notifications made under Article 19(1) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") relate to the impact of completion of the 1% Bounceback on the shareholdings of Company directors forming part of the PSG (and persons closely associated with them for the purposes of MAR).
