Acquisition of Borg Automotive finalised

In continuation of Company Announcement No. 4 of 20 March 2017, it is hereby confirmed that the formal requirements for the Schouw & Co. Group's acquisition of the majority of shares in the Danish industrial company, Borg Automotive in Silkeborg, have now been fulfilled.

According to anticipation, the transaction is finally effected as at today with the effect that Borg Automotive from the beginning of April 2017 will become recognised in the Schouw & Co. consolidated financial statements.

Schouw & Co.'s Interim Report for Q1 2017 is scheduled for release on Thursday 4 May 2017; furthermore, the Company's ordinary Annual General Meeting will be held in Aarhus on Thursday 20 April 2017.
