Notification of transactions with shares in Schouw & Co.

The former board member of Schouw & Co., Mr Erling Eskildsen, who is managing director of the com‐ pany's largest shareholder Givesco A/S, has for many years owned 3.94% of the shares in Schouw & Co.

As part of a generational change Erling Eskildsen has on 4 July 2019 transferred the majority of this private shareholding to his three sons in equal ratio. The total shareholding is thus still owned by the family after the transfer, just as Givesco holds unchanged 28.09% of the shares in Schouw & Co.

One of the three sons, Mr Kenneth Skov Eskildsen, is a member of the board of directors of Schouw & Co., and according to Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, information on transactions with securities in Schouw & Co., performed by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, is notified and publicly disclosed.
