કોંગ્રેસે બોમ્માઈ વંશવાદી રાજકારણને આગળ ધપાવી રહ્યાનો આક્ષેપ મૂકી રહી છે. મમતાએ ત્રણ દિવસમાં સુસ્મિતાનો ખેલ પાડી દીધો મમતા બેનરજીએ આસામમાં તૃણમૂલ કોંગ્રેસનું વિસ્તરણ કરવા માટે બતાવેલી સ્ફૂર્તિની પ્રસંશા થઈ રહી છે. મમતાએ અપક્ષ ધારાસભ્ય તરૂણ ગોગોઈને તૃણમૂલ કોંગ્રેસમાં જોડાઈને પ્રદેશ પ્રમુખપદ સંભાળવા ઓફર કરી હતી પણ ગોગોઈએ ઈન્કાર કરી દીધો હતો. ગોગોઈએ આસામની ઓળખ અને અસ્મિતા સાથે જોડાયેલો પક્ષ જ આસામમાં ચાલી શકે એવી વાતો કરી હતી. મમતાએ ગોગોઈ પાછળ સમય બગાડવાના બદલે કોંગ્રેસમાં સુસ્મિતા દેબને પકડીને ત્રણ દિવસમાં તો ખેલ પાડી દીધો. અખિલ ભારતીય મહિલા કોંગ્રેસનાં પ્રમુખ રહી ચૂકેલાં સુસ્મિતા સાથે મમતાએ પોતે શનિવારે વાત કરીને આસામમાં તૃણમૂલનું પ્રદેશ પ્રમુખપદ સંભાળવા ઓફર કરી, સુસ્મિતાએ આ ઓફર સ્વીકારીને રવિવારે સ્વાતંર્ત્ય દિને કોગ્રેસથી આઝાદ થયાં ને સોમવારે તો કોંગ્રેસમાં જોડાઈ ગયાં. સુસ્મિતાના પિતા સંતોષ મોહન દેવ કોંગ્રેસના દિગ્ગજ નેતા હતા. સાત વાર લોકસભામાં ચુંટાયેલા દેવ આસામ અને ત્રિપુરા એ બે રાજ્યમાંથી લોકસભાની ચૂંટણી જીતવાની અનોખી સિધ્ધી ધરાવતા હતા. સુસ્મિતા પણ આસામ વિધાનસભા અને લોકસભામાં જીત્યાં છે. સુસ્મિતાની એન્ટ્રીથી તૃણમૂલને આસામમાં પગપેસારો કરવાની તક મળશે.	પેગાસસ જાસૂસી, કેન્દ્ર પોતાની જ જાળમાં ફસાયું પેગાસસ જાસૂસી કાંડ મુદ્દે ભીંસમાં આવેલી મોદી સરકારે એકસપટ્સની સમિતી બનાવવાની તૈયારી બતાવી છે. મોદી સરકારે સોમવારે સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં એફ્રિડેવિટ કરીને આ તૈયારી બતાવી પણ સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટને તેનાથી સંતોષ નથી એ જોતાં આ મુદ્દે મોદી સરકારની હાલત બગડવાનાં અંધાણ છે. સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટે કેન્દ્રની એફિડેવિટને અધૂરી ગણાવીને કહ્યું કે, આ એફિડેવિટ પરથી એ સ્પષ્ટ થતું નથી કે પેગાસસ સોફટવેરનો ઉપયોગ કરાયો છે કે નથી કરાયો. સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટે સૂચિત કમિટીનું કાર્યક્ષેત્ર શું હશે તેનો ઉલ્લેખ નથી એ મુદ્દે પણ નારાજગી વ્યક્ત કરી. કાનૂની નિષ્ણાતોનું કહેવું છે કે, મોદી સરકાર પેગાસસ જાસૂસી કાંડમાં પોતાની જ જાળમાં ફસાઈ રહી છે. એફિડેવિટમાં સરકારે દાવો કર્યો કે, પેગાસસ જાસૂસી મુદ્દે સ્વતંત્ર તપાસની માગણી કરતી જે પણ અરજીઓ કરાઈ છે એ બધી અટકળો, અનુમાનો અને મીડિયામાં આવેલા આધાર વિનાના સમાચારોના આધારે કરાયેલી છે. સવાલ એ છે કે, જાસૂસીની વાત ખોટી જ હોય તો સરકાર કમિટીની રચના કરીને તપાસ શાની કરવા માગે છે ? *** બાઝાર સમિતિ ફરીથી પુર્નજીવિત કરવાનો નીતિશનો નિર્ણય ભાજપ માટે યોગ્ય નહીં બિહારના મુખ્યપ્રધાન નીતિશકુમારે સ્વતંત્રતા દિવસની જાહેરાતમાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે એગ્રિકલ્ચર બાઝાર સમિતિ પુર્નજીવિત કરવામાં આવશે, તેનું રિનોવેશન કરવામાં આવશે અને તેને રાજ્યમાં તબક્કાવાર ધોરણે વિકસાવવામાં આવશે. તેના લીધે ખેડૂતો ત્યાં જઈને તેના ઉત્પાદનો વેચી	શકશે. અમે તેના પર ૨,૭૦૦ કરોડ રુપિયા ખર્ચીશું . અલગ બજાર અને કોલ્ડ સ્ટોરેજની સગવડો પણ બાઝાર સમિતિઓને પૂરી પાડવામાં આવશે. તેમા અનાજ, ફળો,શાકભાજીઓ અને માછલીઓનો સંગ્રહ કરી શકાશે. આમ રાજ્યમાં બાઝાર સમિતિને ફરીથી બેઠી કરવી તે નીતિગત ધોરણે એકદમ યુ- ટર્ન છે. નીતિશના આ પગલાંથી ભાજપ ઉશ્કેરાઈ શકે છે, પણ વિવિધ રાજ્યોમાં ત્રણ કૃષિ કાયદા સામે આંદોલન કરી રહેલા ખેડૂતોએ આ પગલાંનું સ્વાગત કર્યુ છે. ક્રુષિના ત્રણ કાયદામાં એક કાયદો ખેડૂતો મંડીની બહાર વેચાણ કરી શકે તેના માટેનો હતો. ખેડૂતોને ડર હતો કે તેના લીધે મોટી કંપનીઓ તેમનું શોષણ કરશે. નીતિશ સરકારે એગ્રીકલ્ચર પ્રોડ્યુસ માર્કેટિંગ કમિટી એક્ટને ૨૦૦૬માં સત્તા પર પરત ફરતા રદ કર્યો હતો. વિરોધ કરી રહેલા ખેડૂતો ખાતરી માંગે છે કે મંડીઓને ચાલુ રહેવા દેવામાં આવે. રાહ્લની ક્ર્ચમાં ટીએમસીએ ભાગ ન લીધો, મમતા સોનિયા સાથેની બેઠકમાં ભાગ લઈ શકે ટીએમસીના પ્રમુખ મમતા બેનરજી ૨૧મી ઓગસ્ટે વિપક્ષી નેતાઓની સોનિયા ગાંધી સાથે યોજાનારી બેઠકમાં ભાગ લઈ શકે છે. બાજપને વિપક્ષની તાકાત બતાવવા માટે આ ઇવેન્ટનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. ૨૦૨૪ની ચૂંટણી પૂર્વે વિપક્ષ ભાજપને તેની તાકાત બતાવવા માંગે છે. રાહુલ ગાંધીએ સંસદનું ચોમાસુ સત્ર પૂરુ થયા પછી સરકાર સામે વિરોધ કૂચ કાઢી હતી, પણ ટીએમસીના નેતાઓ આ વિરોધક્ચથી દૂર રહ્યા હતા. પક્ષના નેતાઓએ સૂચવ્યું છે કે તેઓ કોંગ્રેસની આગેવાની હેઠળ બીજા સ્તરની ભૂમિકા ભજવવા માંગતા નથી.	મુખ્ય ન્યાયાધીશે લોમેકર્સની ટીકા કરી અને વકીલોને વખાણ્યા સ્વતંત્રતા દિનના દિવસે સુપ્રીમ કોટેના મુખ્ય ન્યાયાધીશ એનવી રમણે કાયદાઓ પર ચર્ચા કરવા પર ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત ન કરવા બદલ સંસદની આકરી ટીકા કરી હતી. તેમણે અગાઉના સમયની સાથે તુલના કરી હતી જ્યારે સંસદના બંને ગૃહો વકીલોથી ભરેલા હતા. તેમણે કાયદાકીય વર્તુળોને તેમનો સમય જાહેર સેવા પાછળ આપવા જણાવ્યું છે. તેમણે જણાવ્યું હતું કે વર્તમાન સ્થિતિ અત્યંત દયનીય છે. ગૃહમાં કોઈ યોગ્ય ચર્ચા જ થઈ નથી. કાયદાઓ અંગે કોઈ સ્પષ્ટતા નથી. સંસદના બંને ગૃહોમાં વકીલો અને બૌદ્ધિકોની ગેરહાજરીના લીધે આ સ્થિતિ જોવા મળી છે. આ વાસ્તવમાં જાહેર જનતાને થયેલું નુકસાન છે. આપણા સ્વતંત્રતા સેનાનીઓને જુઓ, બધા કાયદાકીય ક્ષેત્રના હતા. એક સમયે લોકસભા અને રાજ્યસભા વકીલોથી ભરેલી હતી. આજે દેશ ૭૫મા સ્વતંત્રતા દિનની ઉજવણી કરી રહ્યા છે ત્યારે નીતિઓ અને સિદ્ધિઓની સમીક્ષા કરવાનો સમય આવી ગયો છે. સીપીએમે પહેલી વખત તેની ઓફિસ પર તિરંગો ફરકાવ્યો પહેલી વખત સીપીએમ દેશના સ્વતંત્રતા દિન સાથે જોડાયું અને તેણે તેની ઓફિસો પર તિરંગો ફરકાવ્યો. પરંતુ સીપીએમની ઉજવણી તેના રાજકીય હરીફોની ટીકા વગર પૂરી થઈ ન હતી. કેરળ પ્રદેશ કોંગ્રેસ કમિટી (કેપીસીસી)ના ચીફ કે સુધાકરને જણાવ્યું હતું કે મને સીપીએમના મનોવલણમાં આવેલા ફેરફારથી આનંદ થયો છે. આ પક્ષ અગાઉ ૧૫ ઓગસ્ટને જોખમી ૧૫ ઓગસ્ટ કહેતો હતો તેણે રાષ્ટ્રીય ધ્વજ ફરકાવવાનો શરુ કરી દીધો છે. સીપીએમે ગાંધીજીને નકાર્યા હતા. તેઓને હવે તેમની ભૂલો સમજાઈ છે. - ઇન્દર સાહની
